Our team of specialists provides Level 1 technical support directly to users, either on-site or via remote access. This includes handling all issues and user needs at client workstations related to hardware, peripherals, and application software, as well as matters concerning the corporate network.
Level 2 technicians manage clients’ servers, including virtualization, updates, ensuring continuity of operations, and backups. They oversee Active Directory services and also monitor and maintain network security systems and antivirus solutions.
In production environments, we periodically perform so-called “maintenance breaks,” allowing us to carry out tasks that cannot be completed during regular plant operations.
In summary, we are equipped to handle both basic and advanced technical challenges, providing our clients with peace of mind and security in the operation of their IT infrastructure.
