PRODUCTION MONITORING – DATA COLLECTORS
We implement comprehensive systems for monitoring production machines. Our proprietary DT-IIOT device enables measurement of real-time machine operating parameters. The system is complemented by data analysis, presented in reports that show, among other things, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
flexiTool
flexiTool is a system designed with tooling departments in mind. The solution is used both for managing orders and for recording work on the production floor. It enables systematic handling of processes related to quotation process and customer orders, through technology creation, scheduling tasks in the production plan, and finally recording times and quantities by operators on the shop floor.
