Using the DT-IIOT device, it is possible to monitor, among other things:
- temperature
- digital signal states
- pressure
- flow (air or liquid)
- electrical energy consumption parameters
- and other signals via MODBUS transducers
We offer a comprehensive solution for monitoring industrial processes as well as production machines and equipment.
We have developed our proprietary DT-IIOT data collector for gathering measurements from production machines.
The device enables:
- recording of digital signals
- recording of analog signals
- recording of environmental parameters (temperature, humidity)
- recording of data from MODBUS RTU or TCP devices
- signaling of the current machine status (digital outputs)
The DT-IIOT device can be successfully used for retrofitting, i.e., modernizing existing production machines that lack built-in monitoring functions. This solution ensures that even older production machines, with relatively low financial investment, can be equipped with modern monitoring capabilities. This contributes to increased efficiency, reduced downtime, and minimized risk of failures.
All system data is collected in a database.
Using the information gathered by our monitoring devices, a variety of reports can be generated, providing essential insights into the condition of machines and production processes.

flexiTool
flexiTool is a system designed with tooling departments in mind. The solution is used both for managing orders and for recording work on the production floor. It enables systematic handling of processes related to quotation process and customer orders, through technology creation, scheduling tasks in the production plan, and finally recording times and quantities by operators on the shop floor.
